Frequently Asked Questions
What do you recommend in terms of time I should spend exercising?
There are many ways to get in shape, and the most effective way will be to have a schedule that you can sustain for the long-term. I realise that sounds vague - but it's the truth!

We see good results from clients who come to train 3-4x a week, but people have done well with twice a week too. It really comes down to how active you are outside of the sessions - and how good your food choices are.
Do you charge extra for nutritional guidance and a diet plan?
We often give out nutritional tips on Instagram HERE and Facebook HERE, as well as our EMAIL UPDATES HERE.

If you do any 1-on-1 sessions with a coach, we will look deeper into foods, and more accurate advice more specific to you.
How are your group sessions different from a regular class - at a different gym or an outdoor class?
We separate the timetable so that the FULL GYM is either used for :

a) A Group session
b) Personal Training

Our classes vary in style, but still use exercises that we use in our Personal Training sessions.

Each class is a full-body session.
Some classes we may use higher reps of 12-15-20 reps on come exercises, and some classes we might do sets of 5-10 reps. We use both free weights, cables, machines and bodyweight exercises - as well as cardiovascualr exercises like biking, rowing, sled pushing and ropes.

Our personal training sessions are similar - but with more attention to detail but these are 3-4 times more expensive than a class.
